We recently relocated from Salt Lake to Prescott. Darby and her team made a complicated out-of-state move where we had to sell our existing house, buy a new house and move all at the same time as easy as possible... all while 7 months pregnant!We bought a home on 2+ acres and there was a lot to investigate from septic tanks, to wells, to insurance coverage. She had great local connections to help us navigate the complexities of buying country property in an area we knew very little about. On top of that her communication was excellent and I always felt like she had our best interest at heart.There were many texts and phone calls to discuss if the property was going to work for us, in the end we were able to time everything perfectly, and move into a fabulous home that will be a wonderful place to raise our children for years to come.I truly appreciate her patience, grace and local expertise.
